1. Our Services
Premier Pool Care 30A provides professional residential pool services, including but not limited to weekly service, cleaning, maintenance, water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and repairs.
All services are performed with a commitment to reliability and a high standard of care, and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and proper access to the property.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
Customers agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool area on scheduled service days.
Locked gates, restricted entry, aggressive animals, or blocked access may result in a missed visit.
Missed visits due to restricted access may still be subject to a service charge.
Service days may shift due to weather conditions, holidays, or route optimization.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Payment is due based on the agreed service plan or invoice terms.
Late payments may result in service interruption.
We reserve the right to apply late fees to overdue balances.
Service pricing may be adjusted with notice based on pool condition, chemical demand, or service frequency.
4. One-Time Services & Repairs
One-time cleanings and repair services are due in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Repair estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Additional issues discovered during service may require revised pricing.
We are not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions.
5. Service Condition Requirements
Ongoing service pricing assumes a properly maintained pool.
Pools requiring excessive cleaning, algae treatment, or heavy debris removal may require a one-time cleaning or restoration service prior to beginning standard recurring service.
6. Cancellations
Recurring service may be canceled with reasonable notice.
Same-day cancellations or missed service appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Water Chemistry & Environmental Factors
Pool water quality is influenced by factors outside of our control, including weather, usage, surrounding vegetation, and environmental conditions.
While we apply professional standards and best practices at every visit, we do not guarantee completely algae-free or debris-free conditions at all times, particularly following storms, heavy use, or when taking over previously unmaintained pools.
8. Equipment & System Disclaimer
We will identify and communicate visible equipment concerns during routine service.
However, we are not responsible for unexpected equipment failure.
Aging, improperly installed, or poorly maintained systems may fail without warning.
We are not liable for damage caused by defective or outdated equipment.
9. Storm & Severe Weather Recovery
Due to the coastal environment along 30A, pools may be impacted by storms, high winds, heavy rain, or debris between scheduled service visits.
Standard service does not include excessive storm-related cleanup.
Additional charges may apply for debris removal, vacuuming, chemical rebalancing, or extended service time required after severe weather.
Service schedules may be delayed or adjusted due to unsafe weather conditions.
Storm recovery services will be communicated and approved when possible prior to additional charges.
10. Vacation Rental & High-Usage Pools
Pools located at vacation rental properties or homes with frequent guest turnover may experience increased wear, chemical demand, and debris.
Increased usage may require additional chemicals, service time, or visit frequency.
We are not responsible for water quality issues caused by heavy or improper use between service visits.
Conditions such as sunscreen buildup, high bather load, glass contamination, or misuse of equipment may result in additional service charges.
We reserve the right to recommend adjusted service plans for high-usage properties to maintain proper water quality.
11. Missed Service Access / No Entry
Reliable access is required to perform scheduled services.
If access to the pool area is not available at the time of service, including locked gates, access code failures, obstructed entry, or aggressive animals, the visit may be skipped.
Missed service due to lack of access may still be subject to a service charge.
Return visits may be scheduled at an additional cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear and safe access on all scheduled service days.
12. Property Conditions & Safety
Customers are responsible for maintaining a safe and stable environment around the pool.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, including loose decking, unstable surfaces, or deteriorating pool components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Pool Care 30A shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for damage caused by acts of nature, including storms, flooding, or debris.
We are not responsible for pre-existing pool, plumbing, or equipment issues.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
14. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
